What do you do when your sponsor quits, and starts calling you and your team about other businesses?

ANSWER

It’s crummy, isn’t it? You put your faith and trust in this person, and now they have moved on.

Well….so what?

It’s your business, your choice. And, same for your sponsor.

How does their decision affect you? Should it?

What to tell your team? Should you?

Ask questions – what does this mean to you? How do you feel about it? Do you need this person to be successful?

Does this decision affect your belief? Your ability to be successful?

You have to be solid in your own decisions and what you are doing? Just like we speak of about not letting someone who doesn’t have what we want determine our choices…this is no different.

We all make decisions that we feel are best for ourselves, our families and what another does hold not affect you at all.

Keep your focus and always ask – what difference does this make in my business?
