Develop a Social Media Marketing Action Plan for Your Direct Sales Team
Now, don’t forget that I provide social media content as part of the inner circle coaching program starting your second month. 5 days a week, you get content to share on your blog and Social Media.
As I launched a new business, Visual Marketing was an important factor for me in choosing a company. Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube for sure, and even Google Plus. Facebook, yes, but it’s ever-changing, as we know!
So, one thing I wanted to create for my team, is a Social Media training – exact steps on what to do, as well as the tools to help them develop a daily action plan for success.
On Instagram, I created a new profile.
Now, it takes TIME and a plan to get quality followers on Instagram, so be patient with the process, and don’t judge me, ha ha!
Always remember that quality always trumps quality any day!
Develop your strategy.
For me, on Instagram it looks like this –
Video clips – 15 seconds and a POWERFUL platform!
Quick, visual and engaging, on how to use the product, how to develop that into a business and attract both customers and team partners.
As I do this, I am creating visual marketing pieces that my team can grab from my team training site and know what to do from the start.
It gives them ideas and now they are not sitting down at a blank screen, trying to figure things out. This will come over time.
1. What’s your flagship product and is it great for Visual Marketing?
2. Determine your own social media plan on each platform.
3. Take action yourself first.
4. Share what you are doing and then “show and tell” what you are doing.
5. Invite them to emulate what you are doing.
