A Secret Weapon For Sponsoring More in Network Marketing

The foundation of ANY business is customers, plain and simply. Name any business or type of business out there and you can easily see how customers are what MAKE a business.
And, it’s no different in your Network Marketing and Direct Sales business.
Why then, do we get so caught up in sponsoring and team building?
It’s probably because we know that the BIG money is in building a team and not trying to do it all ourselves. And, at the same time, this can also be part of the struggle. When we are laser focused on sponsoring and don’t spend enough time sharing the benefits of the products, we can hit a wall very quickly!
Here are some principles for a solid “sales process” and success process, that will lead you to more sales, happy customers and sponsoring more people into the business –
1. Be your own BEST customer. If your “store” carries it, use it.
2. Share your product story with others, and include the opportunity piece of it. Don’t go overboard here, and don’t leave it out, either.
3. Show others how to do exactly what you do, which is called duplication.
4. Know how to contact your HOT Market – sample scripts here!
When you build a solid customer base, and you teach your team how to do the same, and take good care of customers, you will see your volume remain steady and grow. And, you will see attrition drop due to fear of loss among distributors. Teach someone how to get his/her product free through customers, and you have a solid business model that will create a highly sustainable income.
When we focus our time solely on sponsoring distributors and neglect to build client and customer relationships, we miss a huge opportunity to to solidify the foundation of our business.
When you get a customer, THANK them. Acknowledge them. Appreciate them. Send them a thank you card, and follow up shortly before they may need to re-order. Keep yourself top of mind with them. And, make sure you educate them on how to achieve the results they want with your products!
Value your customers and watch many of them become the pillars of your business, through referrals, re-orders and ultimately, joining you in promoting the fabulous products they have come to love!
So, the question becomes, how do you attract customers? What do you say and do?
Here are 4 simple questions that allow you to easily share the products, and mention the opportunity as well.
1. Do you or anyone you know (Use your product type) occasionally? (Example – Skin care, weight loss products, drink coffee, send birthday cards, etc.)
2. How do you decide what brand you will use?
3. What’s your favorite brand?
4. When was the last time that (the specific brand they mentioned) sent you a check for using or recommending their product?
Now, you have asked 4 simple questions, and the last one opens up the idea that there is money to be made sharing ABC products.
If you have samples, now is the perfect time to give them a sample to try. Get their best contact details and be sure to follow up within 24-48 hours to get a response and some feedback. Ideally, schedule the follow up time.
Implement this, teach this and watch what happens in your Network Marketing business!
