Happiness Habit #2
Ask yourself these questions –
Do you often find yourself falling into the habit of complaining about what is wrong, or missing from your life, or business? Do you find it easy to look at others and think it must be easier for them?
Here is a habit to replace that with –
Focus on what you are doing that is right; focus on all of the great things in your life and business.
Embrace and enjoy the journey, and as you do this, begin to ask yourself better questions; empowering questions that can move you forward.
Instead of saying – “why is this not happening for me”; replace that with – how can I make this work great for me, too?
Do this for the next 21 days, which is how long it takes to make a new habit, and see what happens!
