7 Habits for a Happier Life and Business
This is the first in a 7 part video series to share some quick, simple, and highly effective tips for creating more happiness in your life and business.
Happiness Habit #1
It is easy to get caught up in all of the things around us that seem to be “going wrong” in our lives and in our businesses. And, so often, this just perpetuates more of the same. We look around and life seems dull and fuzzy, and nothing seems to be going right.
However, when we can shift our thinking and learn to find the silver lining in every cloud, we soon find that we begin to see a shift in things; that suddenly, things seem brighter.
A question to ask yourself to help shift your habit –
What is great about what is going on right now with this situation?
Try journaling each day about the positives that are going on in your business, and life, and what you can find to appreciate, and learn, even from those times that seem challenging.

Hi Jackie,
Very valuable information, I think how you feel sometimes can be directly related to the habits that develop in your life. The longer you perform a habit, the more solidified it becomes in your life.
