As someone who spends a lot of time on the computer and in a position that is not super great for Relaxation, and fitness, I know the benefits Yoga has on my mind, body and spirit!
Taking care of YOU, as you build a home business and juggle the many other things that pop up is so important.
Some people think Yoga is for wimps, and that you don’t get a good workout. I beg to differ. It’s amazing for toning and defining the core – and strengthening it for better overall health!
So, I regularly review and share Yoga Videos and do some short and longer Yoga practices at home.
Yoga Meltdown
This Yoga video is probably not “loved” by those true yoga students, but I do love mixing it up and getting a little “fuller” workout with my Yoga sometimes.
It’s kind of “Power Yoga” at its best and I do feel relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to get back to work at the computer!

I have a DVD with 10 minute workout segments of yoga and pilates, so for my afternoon break, several of us do a 10 minute yoga workout. It's rejuvenating and relaxes the muscles that get strained from sitting all day and watching a computer screen. Great topic. π
