Ready to create some solid momentum with your Network Marketing business team and get people into action?
Have a ten day calling and promotion blitz and make it exclusive to your top ten leaders. Here’s how –
Always remember – Massive Action Equals Massive Results! And, 1% effort by 100 people is better than 100% effort by you alone.
Find the ten key leaders in your business and ask them if they are interesting in growing their business by leaps and bounds in the next few weeks.
Make sure each participant has a script, and the three step system laid out. Do a conference call to role play, and cover how to handle objections and do the take away. Each of you will be making ten calls a day, for ten days and detailing the action steps on the paper, a different sheet for each day.
1. Label each sheet of blank paper for the next ten days. You are going to make 10 prospecting calls a day for 10 days in a row. You will write down each day’s calls on 1 sheet of paper, with a different sheet of paper each day. Take detailed notes on what the next step will be with each prospect you call.
2. Make sure you set some time aside to be available for 3-way calls with their hottest prospects. Imagine this – you and your team will make contact with over 1,100 prospects in less than two weeks!
3. Let your upline know you are doing this and make sure they will be available to assist with 3-way calls and/or conference calls for your team’s most excited prospects.
4. If you have a convention, special meeting, or regional event coming up, make sure you promote this to every prospect that you and your team contact. Build momentum around a team event. Create excitement and watch other’s catch your fire. Invite all 1,100 people to be there!
5. IMPORTANT STEP – You and each one of your ten team leaders participating mail a Thank You note to each prospect with whom you speak during the blitz. Regardless of whether they tell you yes or no. Ask for referrals and remind about the big event. Give them your web site address and plant some seeds.
6. After the ten days is over, do a group conference call with your 10 leaders. Go through each person, one by one, and discuss the prospect’s that they have still in the pipeline and interested, who signed up, etc. Plan some aggressive follow-ups with the MAYBE’s in the form of 3- way calls, upline 3-ways, and get them more information to become a YES, or MAYBE LATER. Give lots of recognition on the call to those who completed the ten days, sponsored new people, etc. Build to the upcoming event.
7. Make a list of every new distributor who joined your team during the blitz. Send them a personal Welcome Letter and introduce yourself and promote the upcoming event.
8. Plan to do it the entire blitz again with a new group of 10 people in the next few weeks. Share details of the success you and your ten leaders had before and try to involve new leaders in this blitz. Encourage the ten original leaders to run their own blitz with their own team and the new people they brought into the business.
Imagine having a few teams in your group, each contacting over 1,100 prospects every ten days, every few weeks!
That creates huge team momentum! You’ll never regret it.
