Are You Being Authentic Online in Social Media?
.
Social Media and the Internet have changed everything! I love to remind people – What happens in Vegas stays on Facebook!
What does that mean? It means that thanks to the the “staying power” of the Internet, everything that you or anyone, puts online that references you stays out there.
And, you want to be sure that the real you, and the YOU that you want visible is authentic and reflects positively.
This video shares some ideas and tips with you on how to use Facebook, YouTube and other Social Media tools authentically so you like the trail that Google shows of you when someone begins to research you:

Aloha Jackie,
Yes, yes, & yes! I love authenticity and how we can all relax and just be ourselves…as long as we're appropriate right? So, if someone says they are sending me soup in the mail, it means I should expect it right? LOL! Just couldn't resist. I just ate Thanksgiving again so I am giddy with a full stomach! 😉
I love your video and how authentic you are and that's how you really are in life too! Thank you for sharing all of your experience and wisdom with everyone!
Aloha,
Kellie 🙂

Jackie – a question – I’ve set up a FB Page for my business activities and would like to share this there. As you know, the FB share option – shares on my personal profile. I normally copy and paste the url into hootsuite to share the information on my FB Page and Twitter. However, the url for this page seems to be a url for your site and not the individual post. Can you enlighten me on the easiest way to share directly to my FB Page?? I’ve been struggling with this issue and need to learn a work-around. Thanks!
Jan

Hey Jan.
The post IS a page within the blog so the link would show as a site link –
https://JackieUlmer.com/authenticity-online/
That is it and you can just share the link and it gives a blurb and a thumbnail and then they can click!
Hope that helps.
EXPECT Success!

Love the image of walking into a cocktail party and engaging with people. Thank you for that! Will definitely be sharing forward!
