7 Keys to a Successful Team Partner Direct Sales Launch
Success Key 1 – Direct Sales Warm market list. You can’t build an entire network marketing business with just friends and family, but you can get things launched, create some success and get a handle on what you are doing. Remember, if your business and products are good enough for you, and your new team partner, then they are good enough for both of your friends and family to at least make a decision about for his/herself.
Success Key 2 – Set your new team partner up with an attitude go positivity. Expect Success, as I always say. Reassure them that they have made an awesome decision in getting started and you are going to work it together.
Success Key 3 – Teach each person how to make a professional invitation for their list to take a look at what they are doing. When they know what to say, and how to say it, they will feel more comfortable and confident that they know what they are doing and CAN do this.
Success Key 4 – Prepare your new team partner for the ups and downs of the business. Most will say no, and some will say yes. That’s the reality of any business and there will be peaks and valleys. Oh well, that is the case with any successful endeavor.
Success Key 5 – Stick close to your new team partners for the first few days, weeks and certainly the first month they are in the business. Cheer them on, encourage them, and acknowledge every success they have.
Success Key 6 – teach each person the importance of follow up, and not waiting for their prospects to call them and say they are ready. Most won’t. A few do, but most will not so teach them to grow a business faster by staying with their prospects.
Success Key 7 – Teach them how to enroll and get a new team partner started. Enroll other’s by asking them if they are ready to get started. And, then follow the exact steps above to get their new people launched.
