Do You Want to Build a Direct Sales Dream Team or Just Recruit Anyone?

It can be a tough call; you’ve just started your business and you want to succeed so badly. In fact, you just want to have a little success to get you started and raise your belief level.

Or, maybe this describes you – you’ve been in the business for awhile and things are just not going like you wanted them to. You have a list of 5 people who you just know would be perfect for the business, if you could just do something to move them forward.

What if you paid their sign up fee; bought their starter kit; or gave them enough free product to get some people of their own interested? Wouldn’t this really jump start your business?

Here is why this is a dangerous, flawed way of thinking and why it will never create the kind of success you want in your business -

I hope that you’ll carefully consider the integrity of your company; your team; your own leadership and what you want for the future.

Would love to hear your comments on the subject.

I’ve learned that if I ‘have to’ convince people to sign up, then I’ll have to continue to convince them to do ANYthing in the business.

Bring on the heavy hitters who, if they don’t have the cash on hand to sign up, they figure out a way withOUT expecting me to do it for them.

    Bravo, Mrs. Ulmer. :o)
