Building Your Brand Online in Network Marketing
I know, branding, target market and all of these concepts can seem a little “overdone” these days online, right?
Well, I feel so lucky because building a “brand” online was the furthest thing from my mind, and something no one was talking about back in 1999. Whew!
And, here is what I know – you already have a brand, in a sense. It’s “who” you are and it’s what others say about you; how they perceive you, and so on. So, don’t try to over analyze it too much.
Take a Personal Inventory For Your Brand
Here is the bottom line – you have to set yourself apart from all the other people out there who are trying to find and attract prospects for their business. This is how you find and attract your target audience and begin to build those very important relationships. Because remember, success online and offline in a network marketing business for sure, is all about creating and building on relationships.
I love the Internet as a lead generation and attraction marketing tool. It has surpassed my wildest dream in terms of success and the income it has allowed me to generate. And, even more important than that, the people I have met and the relationships I have built through the internet have been amazing. Some of the people I now count among my best friends are people I met through the internet.
In network marketing, we are taught that the whole world is our market and we should leave no stone unturned. That is great offline, but online, you have to create a system where the right people are going to find you. After all, the goal is to have people coming to you, versus you going to them like offline, right? So you must know who you are targeting!
This helps as you become the HUNTED and not the HUNTER!
