It’s easy to fall into the trap of believing that your income is all about GETTING in
Network Marketing.
But actually, it’s about GIVING!
Have you ever thought about the true power and genius in how the Network Marketing business model handles “compensation”, or how you get paid?
It’s brilliant, really!
My friends, Bob Burg and John David Mann explain this very well in their book “The Go-Giver”:
“The Law of Compensation: Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them”
If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it! It is a masterpiece!
Let’s look at a couple of ways that you can serve others in your business:
1. Every solid business model starts with customers, so let’s begin there.
* Under Promise and Over Deliver. Provide exceptional customer service.
* Send them thank you cards and follow up notes.
* Send them free samples of new products.
* Host a special cocktail party/reception annually.
* Ask them what more you can offer.
2. Serve your potential business partners BEFORE they join.
* Ask questions and get to know their wants, needs, desires and dreams.
* Dream Build with them; then show them how to achieve those dreams!
* Give them more in value than you take in payment. Let them know it’s about more than business.
* Respect them in whatever they choose to pursue (even if it’s not with you)
* Keep in touch for the future. You never know!
3. Serve your business partners/team
* Call your leaders just to check in, and see if they need anything.
* Give “elevator” calls to others on your team to offer help, encouragement and support.
* Know the dreams and goals of your team; help them map out a plan to reach them.
* Share your knowledge and experiences freely.
The funny thing about being of service is that the more you serve, the more you get and it will come back to you multiple times. Pretty soon, it rubs off on others!
How might I add value and service to your life?
EXPECT Success!

Hi Jackie!
I LOVE the book The Go Giver. It’s one of my all time favorites and I feel like putting others first, and serving them as well as I possibly can is serving me well at the same time. You exemplify this in your business.
I enjoyed our call today. Sorry about my noisy son. 🙂 Thanks for your time and I’m looking forward to working with you in September!
