Creating More Customers and Residual Income

Great Customer Service and Being Remarkable in Direct Sales
Have you paid attention to what is going on in the World of Network Marketing with companies such as Vemma and Herbalife?
Nothing against those companies, but the FTC has been scrutinizing companies more closely, and specifically the number of customers vs business builders – those who are part of the compensation plan.
So, you want to pay attention and make sure you have a solid number of regular retail customers, as well as those who are specifically building the business. And, when you provide great customer service and being remarkable in Direct Sales is part of your plan, you will have success.
A great way to develop that customer base is with your Hot Market – those closest to you who will try the product, and become a regular user, and share a testimonial.
And, if they don’t like it, you assure them you won’t bug them again.
You can either have them buy and try, or give a sample, but often, samples are not enough to really provide a good showing of how it works, or its effectiveness.
Then, set up a solid customer care program.
Send a thank you card – yes, a hand written card. Send birthday cards, and Thanksgiving cards.
Don’t bog your well intended message with something promotional about your business. Send a follow up postcard later, for instance, to offer a discount in their birthday month.
Have a new product release? Your customer base is the best place to start to share these new products with a sample. Always best to start with those who already love your products.
If your company offers samples, that’s great, and if they don’t get creative in making your own. Go to craft stores to get zip lock bags and screw top sample containers.
When you provide great customer value and service, you won’t find it hard to get referrals and repeat orders!
