Probably the biggest “nightmare” of our business is that it is truly a marathon and NOT a sprint.
Does that mean you can’t sprint, or shouldn’t sprint? No, of course not, and if you are in a position to go fast, by all means do!!!
What this really means is that it is better to stay steady and consistent, than to start and stop in your business.
And, don’t set yourself up unrealistically by setting huge goals that your current situation and lifestyle can’t support, perhaps due to other obligations and such.
Get with your sponsor or upline coach and lay out a sensible, do-able and something you can commit to!
Here is a short video to explain…

Jackie. Thanks for this reminder. I know, but tend to forget, that my MLM biz as well as my life is a marathon and not a sprint. I borrowed from this today — hope you don’t mind – – – http://wp.me/p2FJne-4S
(I got a little confused here, and posted this comment under the Facebook comments above — which now says “not yet published to Facebook.” I have no idea where it went. I am so dumb about all this sharing and linking.)

Jackie, I really like being reminded (as if I didn't know, but sometimes forget) that my MLM biz as well as my life is really a marathon, not a sprint. I shared it today, and then I borrowed from it — hope you don't mind –http://wp.me/p2FJne-4S.

Thank you, Jackie! This post is what I needed today. I have been trying to get things done quickly..even though I really thought I was taking my time. I have recently stepped back and looked to realize that I am in this for the long haul and that I need to set doable goals and have an accountability partner. I know that small doable goals are just as important as huge goals. Plus, the smaller doable goals give me the confidence that I know I can reach my bigger goals.

It’s SO important that we are realistic and set goals we can manage, handle and SUCCEED at! That is what take us to the bigger goals! Thanks for sharing Kendall!
