Concerned About What Others Think

Does this describe you?

You’ve started your network marketing business; you’ve selected a company and a product line that you feel so excited about; you’ve made your list, and now you are staring at the phone thinking –

What if they ask me if it’s “One of those THINGS?”

Are you spending too much time worrying about what others may say or think about your choice to expand your life, your career, your income, your travel and friendships with a Network Marketing business?

Let me ask you a few questions –

How much time do you spend thinking about the decisions of your friends, family and those closest to you?

How much do you contribute to the finances of your friends, family and those closest to you?Do they contribute to you?

Once you achieve the success you desire, will you care then?

Here’s the thing – we often tend to invest way too much time worrying about things that are just made up. Have you ever rolled your eyes over the choice made by a friend, but then you keep your friendship and things just go on as always?

Your friends don’t really care that much about what you are doing. Often, they just want to see how strong YOU are in your commitment and belief.

Will you stand up to their comments and questions; or are you uncertain and will you shrink away, and silently quit your business?

Here are some questions to ask your friends back, if you do get questions or take some guff over your business decision –

Have you evaluated my business?

Have you looked at the products and the business overview?

Have you educated yourself about Network Marketing?

Because if you haven’t, we have nothing to discuss because you don’t have all of the facts. But, I’ll make you a deal. You sit down with me and let me show you what I am doing, and how it all works; introduce you to some of my success team who are mentoring me; and then we can have a discussion about the good and bad about it.

See, unless your friend has the same education about the business as you, it’s apples and oranges, trying to have a discussion. Keep YOUR posture and don’t worry about what others MIGHT think or say. I promise that when you have your retirement party, they will attend, and probably tell you that you got lucky!!!
