ANSWER
The answer lies in the 3 Magic Questions.
You first need to tap into their “money story” and everyone has one. Some good, some bad.
There are 3 questions you can always ask that will get to the heart of where your prospect IS and what, if anything you can do to create value and move them forward.
Focus on what you need to be doing each day and that is making new contacts. From that, focus on how you can ask engaging questions that might make a difference and show WIIFM.
An objection that often comes up – I don’t have the money. But, is this REALLY the objection? Or, I don’t have the time…I don’t know enough people….and so on. But, are these REALLY the objections
When you ask the RIGHT questions, you create powerful communication that will make a difference.
Here are the 3 Magic Questions
1. What’s not working? What’s your biggest challenge?
Listen authentically with no Agenda and ask – what else? Listen until your prospect is done.
2. What do you want instead?
Start with question 1 because people are great at telling you the answer to that one, They can go on for days. But question two cause reflection….to think….to get to goals, dreams and ultimately exposes – THE GAP and contrast between where they are and where they want to be.
3. If I could show you how to get >>>>> would you be open to hearing more about what I offer?
You MUST say with confidence and posture!
Bonus question – how committed would you say you are to solving your XYZ challenge, if you found the right solution?
Paint a Vision with their own words!
Listen authentically
Don’t try to sell
The most important thing is to open that gap from what they want, or don’t want, to where they really want to be, and that it all be their idea.
