Today there are – 100 days left in 2009 and we will enter another DECADE! How can this be possible? We were just changing to a new decade, century and millennium yesterday, worried that our computers were going to blow up!
How has this past decade gone for you? Have you achieved your goals? Are you on your way? Are you happy with your results?
What is right with where you are RIGHT now? What would you like to improve upon?
Remember the key words – If it’s to be, it’s up to me!
I can remember reciting these words over and over as I toiled away day after day, being “signed up” in my business but not actually “working to move forward” in my business. Big difference.
I wanted it SO much but it was more of a wish. It wasn’t until I got heavily committed into my WHY that I began to take action.

Here is the thing – when the WHY is clear and important enough to you, the HOW shows up and you’ll take action.
I remember the DAY my WHY actually kicked in. My husband and I were sitting on our new deck, in our new home here in California, where we had just moved to from Phoenix and doubled our house payment and quadrupled our real estate tax payment.
And, American Airlines (my husband’s employer) had just handed down a 25% pay cut. We (I) had a few choices – we could either downsize (hard to do since we had just moved) ; I could get a job (yuck, and what about my small children?) or I could kick things up a notch and get REALLY serious and committed in my business.
Well, it was a no brainer.there was no way I was giving up the freedom, flexibility and ABILITY and GIFT of being there every day when my children came home from school.
I got focused; I got committed; and I “readjusted” my fears. I made the fear of going back to work or moving from our new home much more scary than taking action in my business every day. I let go of the fear of what others might think or say.
So, 100 days left – what is this going to mean to you? What’s your life and your business going to look like at the end of this 100 days? Make it something spectacular!
