I really like the way that you have covered so much here. There are a lot of very practical points. I have not used Facebook actively for lead generation. This is a wake up call for me to get more engaged. It is easier for us to reach out to the type of people we would like to reach out.
Changing the profile photo is not something that I am doing. I guess I should change it every now and then as a conversation opener.
