The Internet has been a key tool in allowing me to build a successful business. I can’t imagine my life or my business without it.

Beware though – it doesn’t happen without confusion and distraction.

Today, online, there is a new product launch selling the next big secret every day it seems, and it’s easy to get caught up in a buying syndrome and get so confused and overwhelmed, we don’t take action on anything.

I address this in today’s podcast.

Find ONE good mentor who has what you want and has done it the way you want, plug in and put your blinders on.

Key Points to Building An Online Business

Success online is getting a large group of people focused on a few simple tasks each day. Mindset training, Focus on making 2 sales/sign ups a day, blog, promote, attend events, talk about and do nothing else.

There can be confusion around how a blog can create a business for you and how you can sign people up in your business, sell products and otherwise make money.

Think about how you use the internet yourself, when you are looking for something. You probably go to Google or some SE and type a keyword phrase in the box, hoping to find what you are looking for.

Now, think of the 3 million people daily who go online looking for some way of making extra money – home business, online business or whatever. They are doing the same thing.

You want to put yourself out there to be found.
