How do I create content? What do I create and why would anyone listen to me, I’m not an expert!

ANSWER

Start by sharing your own experiences. What are you learning? What are you reading and listening to? What events are you attending? What actions steps you are taking?

Expert status – what it means.

When you read a book, listen to a training or attend an event, think of the education in two ways –

What will I learn and implement?

What can I give to others and impact them through what I am learning?

Once you consume information and training, put it into action, then immediately share what you learned, what you did to take action, what you learned again, what you tweaked along the way, how others might also do this.

It’s a 3 step process –

Invest in your own learning and advancement. Money and time.

Learn from your investment and take action on it!

Teach – cement your own learning by teaching it to others and walk the journey together.

Think of it this way – If you saw value in the information, don’t you think others will as well? How many notebooks of notes do you have from events? Stacked on a bookshelf somewhere or tucked in a drawer?

Did you know you have thousands of dollars of uncashed checks sitting there, if you aren’t using and sharing that knowledge?

Creating content and offering value is easy when you think to yourself – what am I learning and experiencing? How can I turn this into a learning experience for others and deliver a positive impact on many?
