How to Follow Up With Your Prospects When You’ve Dropped the Ball
Have you ever had that sinking feeling, when you realize that you totally dropped the ball on following up with a prospect? So what do you do? You told the person you would call at a certain time, and now a day or two has gone by; or maybe even more time.
Should you just forget about it, assuming that the prospect would call you if interested; or should you go ahead and call, and just apologize for your lapse?
