If you are working hard and profiting little, and are new, you are on the right track. In the beginning, we work very hard for little income. Over time, it balances like a see saw, and even further down the road, you work very little for amazing income! Just keep at it and you’ll get there!

I need help in my Network Marketing Business. My main issue is more on Retention rather than Sponsoring. I have been in the Networking Industry fro 3 decades and I start with a Bang Each time but the problem is always Retention, Training and Sustaining my Distributors. That has been my Huge Issue. I am also interested in /social Media Marketing.

I’m looking forward to further discussion with you on this. It’s not just your issue and really, there is not much you can do to change another person’s desire or motivation to build a business. It’s like the 4 Aces in a deck of cards story – if I hand you a deck of cards and ask you to find the aces, you won’t spend your time trying to turn the Jack of Clubs into an ace, right? You keep turning over cards until you find all four aces.
Same with your business and downline. Some sign up and never do anything; some sign up and it’s still some time before they get busy; some sign up and go to work right away!
Think about what your sponsor did to get you to take massive action. Probably nothing, right? You just wanted it. Keep looking for others like you. They are out there!
