Many, many useful insights and lessons. My favorite tip is what Jan ruhe said to you, 'Stop using your kids as an excuse, and start using them as a reason.' This is exactly what I've been doing. I also like the comment you said about attending conventions and then coming home wondering why 'they' can do it but not you. The reason I like this comment is because, it's refreshing to see someone who is successful is the same person who struggled with the process at some point in their career.
